Alamdar Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2009 with a dream of ‘providing a better living experience’ in realty. Since then, our company has achieved elite status through a high level of execution skills as we continue to fulfill dreams.
We have an in-house project management team and strategic tie-ups and associations with domestic and international contractors, architects, engineers and other brand partners.

Our founder, Mr. Murtaza Ali Rajkotwala, has been instrumental in creating an atmosphere of trust and competence within what has long been a fragmented industry. He is known for his belief in ‘sharing and growing’ and has championed on multiple platforms, the mantra for a more cohesive and better-serving Real Estate industry as a whole. Over the years Mr. Rajkotwala has given Mumbaikars a better quality of life. His detailed knowledge stems from years as part of the Mumbai landscape and his passion to keep excelling. After years within the industry, he has channeled his vision for a better Mumbai and excellent Real Estate service into his own Real Estate venture, Alamdar Infrastructure Ltd.
